Job Description:

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.15 per hour.Purpose of Position:Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Vehicle Safety department.Essential Job Functions:Process driver medical certification and renewals for all professional drivers and file documents.Process DMV and Samba pulls.Maintain required documents for all DOT and BIT inspection information and background checks.Manage all functions for DOT Clearinghouse program for BIT including Consents and Pre-employment and Annual Queries.Complete monthly Accident Frequency Report.Prepare, Review and update information for all SAP functions for Vehicle Safety including but not limited to purchase orders, Receiving POs.Manage and maintain Random D&A program for all commercial drivers.Prepare and manage all EPNs (Track and ensure points are managed).Prepare documents for accident review committee and send out the appropriate point(s) documentation.Access database and examine for expired driver information, maintain files for Professional and Non-Professional Drivers.Process weight master for company scales.Add and remove new drivers and equipment in all Vehicle Safety programs (Samba, eScreen, Lytx and Verizon Connect).Support Vehicle Safety / Claims Adjusters as needed (run ISO, process checks, repairs, rentals and send demand letters as needed.Maintain required permits and licenses for local, state, and federal entities and order supplies, training materials as needed.Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)Proficient in office procedures, typing, filling, statistical databases, and record maintenance.Proficient in MS applications, Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point, type with accuracy and have mathematical aptitude.Very high degree of confidentiality regarding confidential and sensitive information.Accuracy, highly organized, ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple projects with frequent interruptions.Strong verbal/written communication skills, customer service skills, ability to work well with others and maintain confidence and composure.
