Job Description:
**This work location is a home office. Any qualified U.S. worker
will be permitted to work out of a home office within the same
Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Works with Global Services Partners to win profitable and
high-value services business. Acts as the single point of contact and
facilitator between Global Services, Sales, and Partners. Supports Partners
in their business development efforts and represents their needs within
PTC. Develops Partners in alignment with the PTC Partner Program and
positions and mobilizes a governance model. Supports and governs multiple
Partners and drives initial Partner value propositions for PTC Services
solutions. Builds Partner trust, credibility, and commitment and develops
meaningful mid-management-level Partner relationships. Identifies Partner
needs and opportunities and provides outstanding service while adhering to
PTC’s core values and standards. Drives Partner business growth through
services-led proposals, including Consulting, Learning and Adoption, with
medium reliance on the Sales team. Drives joint “Go to Market”
opportunities between PTC and Partners outside the standard services
offerings. Drives Partners to develop follow-on services business. Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Finance or related field (willing to accept foreign education
equivalent) plus 4 years of experience supporting, managing, and building
Global Consulting and System Integration partners as an integral
element of corporate Go-to-Market strategies. Or, alternatively, a
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience as noted above. Experience must
include 4 years of experience in each of the following: 1) Building strategic
advisory, global consulting, and system integrator partnership ecosystems;
2) Building technology competency centers and Centers of Excellence
around business software applications (including Virtualization, Big
Data Analytics & IoT Platform) and hardware infrastructure (Servers
and Storage) to integrate domain solutions; 3) Nurturing and instituting
Executive C-level relationships across a partner ecosystem to enable and
sponsor Go-to to-Market discussions; and, 4) Leading a team that supports
revenue growth and business success through a partner ecosystem in the U.S.
