be supporting the National Security Space Line of Business. If

environment, come join our team. This role will offer you the
following daily challenges: Perform contracts management functions
across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies
and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and
all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and
guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program
management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development,
engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to
effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including
contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms,
including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized,
empowered representative for the company as interface with customer
buying representatives responsible for building effective
relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and
objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and customer
concerns related to company performance. Ensure contractual
compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to
Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and
contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with
internal and external audit teams and agencies to support
contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final
contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at
negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract
practices within company. Collect contractual data and compiles
reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests. Basic
Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited
college - Ability to problem solve, identify issues and develop
effective dynamic solutions. -Must be a self-starter who can work
independently with minimal supervision -Ability to hand multiple
complex, widely-varied assignments -Ability to collaboratively and
effectively interface and communicate with internal and external
stakeholders -Must possess excellent interpersonal and
organizational skills -Proven effectiveness operating with a
multi-disciplinary mindset -Must be proficient in the use of a
computer and Microsoft applications such as Word or Excel or Power
Point Desired skills -Prior Government contracting experience
including negotiating and administering a variety of contract types
including, IDIQ, T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type contracts
-Knowledge of DFARs/FAR regulations -Ability to engage in routine
and unique problems/ issues to help develop and drive creative
business solutions for complex contracts -NCMA Certification -
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline - 2 years of contracts management experience Lockheed

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid
Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other
reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full
time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary

skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
