Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations through our next stage of growth, culminating in an IPO. This is a critical role for our company, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-growth environments, deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of the IPO process.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, -including budgeting, -forecasting, -and financial modeling.
• Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions, -ensuring accuracy, -timeliness, -and compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, -investment bankers, -and other financial advisors.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Lead the IPO preparation process, -including working with internal and external teams to develop the offering documents -and navigate the regulatory environment.
• Partner with the CEO and other senior executives to make strategic decisions about the company's financial future.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, -finance, -or a related field, -CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, -with at least 5 years of experience in a high-growth company.
  • Proven experience leading and managing an IPO process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, -presentation, -and interpersonal skills.
