Job Description:
Under the direction of the General Manager, perform a variety of
executive level administrative, analytical and technical support
for the General Manager and the employees within the General
Manager's Administration. Perform assignments ranging from routine
administrative to more complex and varied professional,
confidential and/or specialized in nature.
Any combination of experience and training that would likely
provide the required skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical
way to obtain the skills and abilities would be:
Experience – Usually exhibited by a person with five (5) years of
increasingly responsible administrative support experience.
Education – Usually exhibited by a person with an Associate's
degree from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent
to five (5) years experience in an administrative support level.
Additional specialized training in business administration is
desirable.
