This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com THT-101 Primary Care Provider wanted for a Central Valley College Town, about 60 minutes to the East SF Bay or Sacramento and just 2 hours to the sandy beaches of Santa Cruz, This pleasant family oriented College Town with its accessible location, affordable housing and mild climate, all the suburban shopping and store, good schools, Be part of this growing community, with an easy drive to all the amenities or the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento Experienced Family Practitioner wanted, Join Hospital Foundation. Full staff. 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm with no weekends or almost no call. Average between 20-25 patients per day. Call rotated between physicians, shared call with other family med physicians in the area, and one weekend a month. BE/BC, prefer California License (or in Process). Salary guarantee is $225K - $250K DOE, with $50K sign on bonus, plus up to $20K for relocation up to $20 Quality Bonus and $3K for CME, This is a W-2 position with full support staff provided. There is also a full benefit package provided that includes health/dental/vision, 401K, deferred compensation, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage. 1st year guarantee based on FMV and then income is based on a productivity model (w/RVU basis) after the guaranteed period.
