COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Family Medicine (FM)

• July target start - ongoing
• Board Certified required
• Working knowledge of EPIC POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
  • Outpatient setting
  • Monday-Friday 8a-5p
  • Option for 4 days per week if desired
  • 25 patients per day
  • Call 1:7 (weeknight volume: 0-4, weekend max 15 total calls. Will not have to go in just quick advise)
  • Minor sutures
  • Located just South of Modesto
