• Additional Info: - Deliver direct patient care- Share on-call coverage with other clinicians- Serve as a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner supervisor- Serve as a preceptor to healthcare students, upon CMO approval- Document and complete each encounter in the EHR within 72 hours.- Provide leadership to the healthcare team through positive role modeling.- Attendance and participation in all medical Staff Meetings, Continuous Quality Improvement Meetings, and Leadership Meetings as assigned.- Assists CMO in establishing medical policies, evaluating existing policies, and developing changes in policies as necessary.Qualifications:- Ca License- CPR Certification- Ability to build positive relationships with staff and medical providers, to work as a team- Coach and empower staff to provide exceptional patient care and staff experience.- Bilingual preferred, languages Punjabi, Portuguese and Spanish
