Click here.Responsibilities:Our ICU team is always ready to deliver the highest level of care for any patient. In our 24-bed ICU, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care to complex patients with a multitude of diagnoses including sepsis, shock, multi-organ failure, ARDS, heart failure, MI, cardiac abnormalities, and stroke.As a nurse in this unit, you should have the desire to be a patient and family advocate, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoy collaboration with other disciplines.Qualifications:QualificationsHigh School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hireDisclaimers: Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
