Job Description:
The Local Respiratory Therapist provides quality patient care
across various facilities in Rochester, NY, reflecting core health
system values. Responsibilities include updating care plans,
performing cardiopulmonary evaluations, administering therapies,
and educating patients and staff. Requires NYS RT or RTT license,
NBRC CRT credentials, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2
years of acute care experience. Proficient in standard RT
procedures and skilled with specialty equipment like ventilators
and humidifiers. Responsibilities involve data review, recommending
procedures, equipment checks, administering treatments, monitoring
clinical parameters, and documenting care. Collaborates with
healthcare teams and educates patients. Shift is night, with
