Job Description:
The Radiation Therapist administers ionizing radiation for
therapeutic purposes, prepares patients for treatment, and provides
basic care and education.
Offers a full-time 40-hour shift at Holy Rosary Hospital -----"
Cancer Center, with a $12,500 sign-on bonus available.
Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, preparing
treatment setups, performing simulations, developing films, and
documenting treatment details.
Ensures safety, maintains equipment, participates in quality
initiatives, and escalates concerns.
Requirements: graduation from an accredited program, ARRT RT(T)
certification, current state license, and BLS certification.
Hourly pay ranges from $45.32 to $69.94 based on experience.
