with leadership, physicians, and other community leaders to develop
service lines and expand access to outstanding care. - Shape
programs that support families from pregnancy through
childhood—making a lasting impact in the community. - Mentor and
develop nurse leaders, fostering an environment of excellence,
accountability, and continuous learning. - Guide financial and
operational performance, ensuring quality care while maximizing
