City: Turlock State: CA Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: REQUIREMENT: PROVIDER MUST HAVE 50 CASE LOGS WITHIN THE PAST 24 MONTHS PROVIDER MUST WORK THE FULL STRETCH OF OPEN DATES, PARTIAL DATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital : 8:00 am - 5 : 00 PM Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital : Friday, Saturday, Sunday Number of patients seen per day in clinic: Unknown Call Night /Weekend : Yes What are the days for Call : Friday, Saturday, Sunday What Time does the Call start: 7: 00 am What Time does Call end : 7: 00 am Call will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned and unassigned patients.
