Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: San Jose, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,708 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 4 years required License: State License Required Certifications: BLS Description: The position requires a registered nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. A current state nursing license is mandatory. The unit consists of 10 beds with a total staff of 120. Staffing includes charge nurses, unit clerks, scrub techs, and RNs based on patient census. Patient ratios are in accordance with established regulations. The unit utilizes EMR systems for documentation. Typical procedures performed include deliveries, cesarean sections, and other L&D related cases. Candidates should be team players who are adaptable to various situations. Weekend rotations are part of the schedule. A dress code of scrubs applies as per unit guidelines.
