a qualified Med/Surg RN in King City, California, 93930! Summary:

Nights Rate: $2,182/36-hours Requirements: Active RN license
(state-specific as required) Graduate of an accredited nursing
program Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Skilled Nursing
preferred Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
and responses to treatment Administer medications, treatments, and
IV therapy as ordered Provide wound care, post-operative care, and
assistance with activities of daily living Collaborate with
physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care
plans Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and
discharge instructions Ensure compliance with safety, infection
