Job Description Job Description Our organization is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team. Location: 15817 Fountain Plaza Drive, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017 Work Schedule: Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM This is a three-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software! Appointments are structured with 60 minutes for recare and 90 minutes for new patients. We offer bi-weekly hourly compensation with the option to enroll in Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings as they are accrued. There are opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses! Our practice is equipped with advanced tools including a Restin, iTero, and Velscope, along with coverage for continuing education. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, you will have access to extensive resources and support. Become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment! Minimum Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of dental practices, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care. Clinical requirements as needed by the office. Physical Requirements Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally. Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
