Job Description:
Job Description Job Description The Compliance Specialist is
embedded in day-to-day clinic operations, supporting regulatory
requirements, staff education, audits, and continuous compliance
improvement across medical services. Hourly Rate: $34.05 - $39.82
full time annual salary. Benefit Highlights: Employer-paid Health

match CME allowance Duties: Support regulatory compliance and risk
mitigation efforts Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for
leadership Collaborate with departments to improve processes and
accountability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience required. Three (3) years of experience in healthcare
compliance, risk management, or quality improvement. Strong
understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA,
HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC. Demonstrated experience assisting with or
conducting audits, risk assessments, or policy reviews. Skilled in
building collaborative relationships and maintaining
confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and able to learn new software systems quickly. Current
and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report. About
