Benefits for Our Pediatric Occupational Therapist Competitive annual salary ranging from $93,500–$110,000, based on experience Flexible alternative work schedule options Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans with multiple coverage choices Performance based bonuses Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with employer match Paid continuing education Qualifications Certification and/or Registration: Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions Physical Demands Moderate physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs Regular standing and walking throughout the workday Occasional lifting of supplies or equipment Periodic reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and fine motor tasks requiring manual dexterity and mobility Be part of the Proficio family and make a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral needs!
