Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo-Vascular Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n Shift: Days /n Job Type: Part Time /n Job Summary /n Performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians. Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram. License/Certificates/Credentials: - 1 years of experience preferred as an Echocardiograph Sonographer in all modalities of Echo/Vascular (inpatient testing for neonate, pediatrics, adolescent), adult and geriatric patients. - Current BLS - Must be registered with ARDMS or CCI within 6 months of hire. - if registered with ARDMS, RDCS is required - if registered with CCI, RCS is required - Vascular Certification is preferred LI-AJ1 Tenet North Cal Job ID 2503030788.
