Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a
meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with
injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily
skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in San Jose, CA.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active
California Occupational Therapy license required to start the
assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA
or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing
facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with
documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
Ability to provide therapy to adults and geriatric populations,
preferred experience with activities of daily living (ADL)
retraining and adaptive equipment recommendations. Assignment
Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift
start time: 08:00 AM. Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
Assignment length: 13 week assignment. Location Highlights San Jose
