nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Concord,
California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case
Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 10 hours - Employment Type: Travel CASE MANAGER FLOAT
MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT EXP primarily be at
concord but could float to walnut creek, they are 8 miles apart
will work EOW ORIENTATION DATE: 4/7 or 4/21 Shift: 8 hour days
(0800-1630) - 40 hours per week Duration: 13 weeks REQUIRED :
Active CA license Must have 2 years experience in an acute care
hospital PREFERRED : previous travel and EPIC exp About Jackson
