Job Description Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Turlock, CA
USA 95380 Duration: 6 Months contract - possibly FTE Position
Summary: Under direction of the Regional HR Manager, the Human
Resources Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day
administration and execution of HR policies, programs, and
procedures within home facility and two warehouses. The HR
Coordinator is professional in all facets of communication and
performs/participates in the following duties: employee relations,
training & development, on-boarding, employee communications &
engagement, recruitment & staffing, compliance, and benefits
administration. Assist in providing research for policies, training
and strategic planning and other human resource items. In this
role, the incumbent will be expected to solve problems, develop,
and execute objectives under minimal direction and have the ability
to effect business goals and partner/participate in company-wide
initiatives. Duty or Area of Responsibility: --- Manages HR
administrative & transnational work processes - Record keeping,
Attendance tracking, FMLA/Leave administration, HR Systems and
Maintaining applicant, new hire and termination packets as well,
Temporary Agency Workforce Liaison and maintenance --- Administers
talent acquisitions activities within facilities (i.e. recruitment,
selection & testing, background, drug screens, on boarding, etc.)
--- Assist with working with corporate compliance to ensure
regulatory compliance in all aspects of HR including ensuring the
Affirmative Action/EEO Program is kept current and updated
accordingly. Participates in and supports all internal/external
audits within facilities, as necessary. --- Assist on key human
resource processes, including workforce planning, annual reviews
(performance/succession planning), compensation administration and
organizational change/effectiveness. --- Assist in managing
employee relations by investigating, researching, resolving, and
communicating regarding employee questions, issues or concerns.
Assisting in creation of on-boarding and training packages and
processes. --- Assist in developing and administering appropriate
training across the facility. Follow up and ensure training was
completed. Answer questions and be a partner in IDP functions. ---
Coordinate and activate employee engagement and communication plans
and activities. Assist in championing employee wellness initiatives
and drive through activities, education, and awareness. Required
Skills/Experience/Knowledge (to be able to perform this job): ---
Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field. Bachelors
Degree highly desired. --- Seeking 1-plus years of
manufacturing/production experience required. --- Required
