POSITION:

Senior Vice President, Lending Services Officer, full-time position located in Administration Office, Turlock, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

. Duties include but are not limited to facilitating the development and implementation of Association new or enhanced lending programs and products that support overall Association strategy, loan servicing and other credit related actions. Provide leadership and support to all activities within the lending process. Lead Special Assets, Legal Documentation and Appraisal departments, support Association growth, profitability, sound lending, and superior Member service. Lead Association project management and ensure resources and emphasis on projects. Develop and maintain constructive relationships with the Association Executive Committee, YFC branches, Farm Credit Administration, the Funding Bank, and trade Associations. Serve on the Senior Management Team and Asset Liability Committee. Performs other tasks as required or assigned. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, economics, agricultural business, or the equivalent in experience, plus experience in agricultural credit analysis.
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with management and staff.
  
• At least ten years of credit experience and/or banking/lending experience.
  
• Ability to make sound decisions within delegated authorities and time pressures.
  
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, written, analytical, persuasive, and verbal communication skills.
  
• Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
  
• Thorough knowledge of Farm Credit lending, related policies, and procedures.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage loan portfolio and other enterprise risk.
  
  
  GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS:
