• Awesome work environment!Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract AR Clerk to join our dynamic Finance team. As a Contract AR Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers, and reconciling intercompany accounts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization and supporting our growth initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including applying payments, reconciling payments, and posting payments to customer accounts
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
  • Generate accurate and timely billing statements for customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any payment-related issues
  • Process ACH payments and other payment types as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAP and other accounting systems
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects and duties as assignedQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
    • Experience with SAP and other accounting systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
