Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Blaster( Sand and Grit) in Fresno, CA

As a Blaster you will be:

Perform sand and/or grit blasting on metal surfaces to remove rust, scale, and old paint


Prepare parts and materials prior to powder coating


Operate blasting equipment safely and effectively


Maintain blasting booth and equipment to ensure proper function and cleanliness


Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality standards are met


Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times


Collaborate with team members in the Prep & Powder department



This is a full-time position:

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of blasting experience (sand or grit) preferred


Familiarity with blasting tools, booth operation, and maintenance


Ability to read and follow work orders and safety guidelines


Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic



Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $17.00- $19.00
