Job Description:
$7,046.00 - $8,996.00 Per Month
General Duties: Assist with the development, design, and
implementation of energy efficiency programs including researching
new energy efficiency programs and evaluating existing programs.
Conduct facility energy audits, identify opportunities for energy
savings, and develop opportunities through technical and financial
analysis. Perform site-specific engineering analysis and evaluation
of energy efficiency projects. Perform highly specialized energy
services using technology such as infrared scanning, ultrasound,
and advanced power recording and analysis devices. Perform building
energy use assessments, analyze rate schedules and energy usage,
evaluate new construction projects, and interpret data to provide
information regarding operating efficiency, energy management, and
optimum rate schedule utilization. Provide assistance to customers,
including high bill complaints/resolution and requests for
materials and inspection appointments. Participate in community
events and public relations activities to promote TID and the
services offered.
Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited
college or university with major coursework in Engineering,
Mathematics, Business, or related field of study. Experience is
usually exhibited by a person with five (5) years of increasingly
responsible experience in a similar field.
Written Exercise will be administered at interview. A physical
exam, drug & alcohol screen, and criminal background check may be
required. Valid California Driver License required.
