General Job Description

New Bridge Management is looking for an energetic and reliable person to join our staff in a fast-paced office. This is a full-time job, 40 hours a week. Job includes managing all incoming maintenance and service requests, facilitation of multi-line phones, filing, office scheduling, greeting clients, setting up and verifying appointments, processing applications/work orders for rentals, and handling rental lists and calls. This position requires the individual to participate in all office duties.

Job Duties:

  • Manage all incoming maintenance and service requests
  • Coordinate work orders and ensure their completion in a satisfactory and timely manner
  • Perform filing, office scheduling, greeting clients, set up and verifying appointments
  • Notate all property, tenant and owner accounts in the system
  • Review monthly invoices and payments with Accounting Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information and documentation
  • Operate multi-line phone system
  • Processing work orders and assigning to vendors
  • Obtain approvals for work orders from clients
  • Create work orders to facilitate repairs and purchase materials
  • Review and verify repairs made, and done correctly
  • Mail sorting, handling rental lists and calls, posting and maintaining tenant and client files
  • Communicate with clients, tenants and owners
  • Enforces rules and regulations
  • Resolve tenant/landlord issues
  • Prepare business correspondence and written reports
  • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of people with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, including culturally, socially and economically diverse populations, persons with disabilities and professional colleagues.
  • Prepare reports on work orders and area work orders as required.

    Skills/Requirements:
    • 1-year experience in property management office support environment preferred.
    • Write and speak effectively
    • Associate's degree preferred
    • Excellent Customer Service skills.
    • Honest and of high integrity
    • A strong communicator with both tenants and vendors - Multilingual preferred
    • Able to represent the company brand through a clean, well-maintained professional appearance
    • Punctual and exact in everything from arrival time to quality of tasks completed
    • Able to pass criminal and credit background check
    • Computer and office proficiency

      Starting Wage: $25 per hour
