Come join the Fintech Technical Strategy and Planning team as a Senior Staff Business Data Analyst. This role involves working with and supporting management and leadership teams across partner organizations, requiring strategic thinking, exceptional technical acumen, and data analytics skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and business acumen, attention to detail, the ability to drive process improvements, strong collaboration skills, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Identify and Track Strategic KPIs: Monitor organization health data such as engineering excellence, people, and program metrics. Consolidate these into a single, automated source of truth to measure success and align product, technology, and business functions.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance workflows and processes to improve efficiency, speed, and adaptability in delivering key programs and initiatives.
• Increase Data Maturity: Build scalable dashboards and support data pipelines to enable quick, data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Scale and Operationalize Strategic Initiatives: Translate strategic objectives into tools that visualize data and extract key insights for stakeholders.
• Operational Efficiency: Lead the rollout of processes and tools to improve operational efficiency by understanding customer problems and providing effective solutions.
• Communication: Share insights and recommendations based on data and organizational strategy.
• Standardization: Identify and lead the implementation of engineering best practices to improve ways of working.Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in driving operational efficiency in engineering organizations with strong analytics and visualization skills.
• Expertise in building technical solutions for data visualization and KPI tracking.
• Background in computer science or related degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders, motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and adapt to ambiguity.
• Thrives in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.
• Ability to navigate both vertically and horizontally within a large organization.
• Strong people, organizational, and technical skills to deliver outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective at presenting, negotiating, and collaborating across organizational levels.

• Professional team player with leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Business analytics and data visualization experience is a plus.
