innovation.You Are:You are a seasoned sales professional with a
proven track record in the semiconductor industry, ideally with
over 10 years of experience in technical selling or sales
management. You possess a deep understanding of the Security IP
market, including customer challenges, business models, and IP
selection criteria. Your exceptional communication skills enable
you to interact effectively with customers' engineering and
business teams at all levels. You are adept at grasping complex
technical data and conveying it to both technical and non-technical
audiences. Experience in working with or selling to companies
developing HPC/AI, automotive, storage, or IoT products is highly
advantageous. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working
seamlessly with IP sales professionals, executive account
management, corporate and field application engineers, product
management, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and
exceed sales objectives.What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with a team of IP sales professionals, executive
account management, corporate and field application engineers,
product management, contracts administration, and finance staff to
meet and exceed established sales objectives.
- Developing a robust sales pipeline within your assigned
territory.
- Driving forecast, booking, and revenue results.
- Creating and implementing a multi-year product sales strategy
for Security IP and enabling account/IP sales teams to execute it
effectively.
- Gathering and assessing customer input from the field and key
accounts.
- Working with product development and service delivery teams to
ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers
in your territory.The Impact You Will Have:
- Expanding Synopsys' Security IP market presence in North
America.
- Contributing to the growth of the Security IP business through
strategic sales initiatives.
- Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets

- Over 10 years of related experience in technical selling or
sales management within the semiconductor industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor Security IP
market, including customer challenges and IP selection
criteria.
- Demonstrated business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with
engineering and business staff at all levels.
- The ability to grasp complex technical data and effectively
