Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team
projects. Experience in sales enablement, program management, or
product marketing within the technology sector. Preferred
qualifications: Experience creating sales narratives and enablement
programs for technical products (e.g., SaaS, Security, or Operating
Systems). Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or
knowledge base strategies for internal audiences. Experience in
previous channel or partner management in the tech industry. Strong
project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. About the job The Platforms
and Devices commercial organization is responsible for bringing
Google’s integrated hardware and software ecosystem to enterprise
customers globally. As a Channel Enablement Program Manager, you
will be the strategic engine behind our global reseller network,
partnering with our channel leadership team to develop and execute
a global channel enablement strategy to drive revenue and market
share. Your primary mission is to ensure our channel partners have
the skills, confidence, and commercial narratives to win in the
market. You will focus on enabling our partners to cover our end
user computing solutions such as Chrome Browser, Chrome OS, Chrome
enterprise premium, and cameyo. You will partner work directly with
sales leadership, product, and marketing to build AI fueled
learning journeys that bridge the gap between technical innovation
and commercial execution. You will work in a fast-paced environment
as a strategic individual contributor, collaborating closely with
Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to build
scalable programs that drive business and sales productivity. The
Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing
software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile,
applications), as well as our first party devices and services that
combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across
this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make
our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless,
building innovative experiences for our users around the world. The
US base salary range for this full-time position is
$136,000-$197,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the

Responsibilities Collaborate with global channel leadership and
cross-functional stakeholders to architect and execute a
comprehensive enablement strategy that empowers a multi-tiered
partner ecosystem to accelerate business velocity and market
penetration. Design, launch, and manage comprehensive sales
enablement strategies across the Platforms and Devices portfolio
(e.g., Chrome Browser, Chrome OS, Cameyo, and Android) for our
partners. Partner internally with strategic partner managers to
foster a culture of continuous learning, designing bespoke
enablement programs that bridge skill gaps and ensure the team is
equipped to navigate complex, global partner dynamics with
precision. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for
enablement effectiveness (e.g., adoption, competency, pipeline
influence). Use data to identify knowledge gaps across the
portfolio and drive continuous improvement.
