Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in agreement management, legal documentation, negotiation and agreement negotiation. 3 years of experience in data center construction, hyperscaler, or mission critical industry. Experience with construction contracting and pricing methods of measurement on industrial projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience as an in house legal counsel in a large domestic and international construction organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Be responsible for timely execution of a portfolio of agreement models for Google’s growing Global Data Center program. Influence the development and selection of contracting models based on project-specific nuances, including strategic goals, risk profiles, design completion, and partner strategy. Partner with construction, design, and external partners to drive the agreement review, negotiation, and execution life-cycle. Interface with the internal Real Estate Legal team to ensure all contractual terms align with corporate risk expectations and standards. Provide continuous commercial expertise during construction, overseeing terms implementation, change management, and delay entitlement evaluation.
